This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and isenag ("Platform"). By registering an account or using any isenag services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document.
By accessing the isenag website, downloading the mobile app, or using any services provided by our platform, you are automatically considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the isenag platform. isenag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy isenag which forms the entire agreement between the user and the platform.
The isenag platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. isenag conducts age checks during the identity verification (KYC) process and reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a user's age at any time.
Important Notice: Any account found to be owned by a minor will be suspended immediately. All balances in that account will be fully forfeited without compensation.
Each user is only permitted to own and use one (1) isenag account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be suspended without prior notice and an investigation will be conducted. Balances in duplicate accounts may be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to the decision of the isenag security team.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. isenag is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
Isenag accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, major Malaysia online banking, and various e-wallets listed on the platform. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. The daily withdrawal limit is RM 5,000 for standard members and can be increased based on VIP tier. These limits are standard terms and are subject to amendment based on operational requirements.

Weekly cashback earned through the isenag VIP program carries no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately. VIP tier assessments are reviewed monthly based on deposit activity. Any changes to VIP program terms will be communicated to members at least 14 days before taking effect.
